The Windsor Spitfires would like to announce the Koonar Physiotherapy Spitfires Junior Reporter Experience for the upcoming 2011 – 2012 season. Students, between the ages of 7-12, from Windsor and surrounding areas will be considered to be a Spitfires Junior Reporter for one of the season's 34 home games.

If selected, the Spitfires Junior Reporter will receive the following:

• Opportunity to conduct a face to face on camera interview with a Spitfires player.
• Four complimentary tickets for you and your family and friends to attend. This will be the same home game night your Junior Reporter video will be shown and other interviews are conducted.

• Edited video interview will be shown on jumbotron during first intermission of game.
• Video of Koonar Physiotherapy Spitfires Junior Reporter's Experience will be featured on www.windsorspitfires.com.
• One DVD copy of Koonar Physiotherapy Spitfires Junior Reporter's Experience.
• Complimentary Koonar Physiotherapy Spitfires Junior Reporter Swag Bag.

1. Fans between the ages of 7 and 12 must create a one-minute audition video illustrating why they would be a good candidate to become a " Koonar Physiotherapy Spitfires Junior Reporter." The video, labelled with your child's name, can be from a cell phone, webcam, or video recorder in the following formats;
FLV, MP4, M4A, MOV, MP4V, 3GP, 3G2. Video must not exceed 20MB in size.
2. Parents fill out the form below, along with uploading your child's video for the chance to win and have your child enjoy this special opportunity!
3. All lucky Junior Reporters will be contacted. Please no phone calls.
4. Please only 1 video submission, per child, per season. Any duplicate submissions will result in the entries being disqualified.
