The Windsor Spitfire players are available to local organizations for appearances around the Windsor-Essex community. Any organization interested in hosting a player appearance should follow and submit requests based on the following criteria:

• Name of organization
• Date, time, and location of event
• Brief description and purpose of the event
• Non-profit status of organization, school, business

*The Spitfires require at least 4 weeks notice for player requests.

Due to the fact that many Spitfire players attend high school, college or university, some players may be ineligible for events scheduled on weekdays; to that effect, the following guidelines have been established.

• Veteran players are available for most appearances
• Overage players, post-secondary players, and those outside of secondary education.
• Players are available during the Regular Season, from
  September - February
• Main days of availability include, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30 am up until 12:00 pm (Noon)
• Special requests and considerations may be made with the Windsor Spitfires
• Players are not available on home games, during playoffs or the day before road games

The Windsor Spitfires mascot, Bomber, is also available to organizations throughout the Windsor-Essex community upon request.

• Bomber is unavailable for home game days
• Future availability pending, contact the Windsor Spitfires with questions or requests
• Organization may be required to compensate the mascot
